We source as many products as we can locally, use organic ingredients when possible, and feature a scratch kitchen to prepare everything including sauces, salad dressings, and desserts! Modern Chop Inc is Bradenton's local independent steakhouse! Our mission is to bring a modern twist to the classic steakhouse, featuring chef butcher cuts of Prime and Wagyu beef as well as pasta, seafood dishes, and creative vegetarian and dishes.
